- Your account login details for our Services, including your username or email address and the password you have chosen.
- Information about any device you have used to access our Services (such as your device’s make and model, browser or IP address) and also how you use our Services.
- We do not have access to nor store any payment card information. This is held by PayPal, our chosen

When you browse the AstroReveal.Com website or any website operated by AstroReveal Ltd, you may provide us with:
- Information about any device you have used to access our Services (such as your device’s make and model, browser or IP address) and also how you use our Services.
- If you have a membership and sign-in to the website: your account login details for our Services, including your username or email address and the password you have chosen. This includes any new information you choose to supply us with. For example if you choose to change your password.

Payment Processing
When you make a purchase from us your payment will be processed by a third party payment processor. Our chosen payment processor
is PayPal. You should refer to PayPal's own Privacy Policy to
learn how they protect your payment information.
We do not receive nor store payment card information. This information remains with, and is the
responsibility of PayPal. They do not send us this information. However, PayPal may send us:
- Personal Data necessary to facilitate the transaction; and
- Personal Data to help resolve disputes and detect and prevent fraud;
What does this mean and what information from PayPal do we store?
When PayPal sends us Personal Data we only read (by machine not human) and store the following:
- Your PayPal ID number;
- Your first name, last name and email address as already given by you to PayPal;
- The Date and Time your payment was made;
- The amount you paid and in which currency; and
- Confirmation from PayPal that the monies due to oomplete your purchase have been successfully paid.
As this is all we need to know to meet our obligation to you to complete your purchase, and legally fulfil our contract with you, any extra information
PayPal furnishes us with is automatically and securely destroyed immediately upon receipt.

How we protect Personal Information
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures
to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Some of the measures we have in place include:
- We protect the security of your information while it is being transmitted by encrypting it;
- We only authorise access to AstroReveal Ltd employees who need it to carry out their responsibilities - i.e on a 'need to know' basis;
- We will ask for proof of identity before we share your personal data with you; and
- We do not have access to nor store any payment card information. This is held by PayPal, our chosen

How long will we keep your personal information for?
We will keep your personal information for the purposes set out in this privacy policy and in accordance
with the law and relevant regulations. We will never retain your personal information for longer than is necessary.
In most cases, our retention period will come to an end 7 years after the end of your relationship with us.
We will not keep your personal data longer than we need to, how long this is depends on several factors, including:

- Whether there is a legal/regulatory reason for us to keep it; and
